3-D modulator was an experi-mental collaboration between dr.berry and dr. delange, spawned from late tuesday night conversations about what to build next. each tranparancy represents a "slice" of the two spheres shown, thus forming a seemingly solid object. the spheres are lit from underneath, and appear to free float above the unit's base. this unit was awarded a blue ribbon in an art show at one of the queens college art shows in charlotte north carolina. not for sale
